Each Thanksgiving and Easter, Marquette Council conducts Food Drives for the elderly and needy in our community.

Collected food is delivered to identified recipients the day before each holiday.   Many of the recipients include residents  at Ballard Green, Ridgefield Congregate Housing and the like.   Any excess food is donated to the Ridgefield Food Pantry, Convent of Immaculate Mary (Bridgeport) and St. Peter's Parish (Bridgeport).

Non-perishable food donations can be made in the specially marked bins in the Church and the Hall during the month prior to each holiday.   The Knights collect the food, sort and augment it so each recipient has similar items.   Small hams/turkeys and fresh baked bread is also provided to each recipient.

Checks made payable to "Knights of Columbus - Marquette Council" are accepted at the St. Mary Parish Office at 55 Catoonah St. Ridgefield, CT during normal business hours.
